Prime Minister Christopher Luxon says Cabinet has approved travel for new climate minister Simon Watts and former climate minister, Green co-leader James Shaw, to attend the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28).
COP starts on Thursday, in the United Arab Emirates.

Luxon said it was "really important" to be at the global forum.
